Terms of sale.

1. Who we are

AllMaleUp is a trading name of SADALSUUD LTD (Companies House 15368296), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (‘we’, ‘us’). Contact: hello@maleup.co.uk. These terms apply to orders placed on this site.

2. The product

AllMaleUp Botanical Blend is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not exceed 1 tablet in any 24-hour period. Not for under-18s. If you take medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. A contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where stock or a pricing error makes it impossible to fulfil; anything already paid is refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Free UK delivery on every order. Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Details: Delivery & returns.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew at the price shown at checkout, every 1, 2 or 3 months as selected. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account; we email a reminder before each renewal. Cancelling stops future charges - it does not affect an order already dispatched.

6. Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. On top of that, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to every pack: email your order number to hello@maleup.co.uk and we refund in full, including opened packs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also rely on local law and courts.
