Delivery
Free UK delivery on every order - no minimum spend. Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day; after 3pm, the next working day.
Standard delivery arrives in 1-2 working days. You receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a neutral outer parcel: no product name, no branding, nothing printed on the outside. The sender appears as SADALSUUD LTD.
Returns & refunds
Try a pack for up to 30 days. If it is not for you - for any reason - email your order number to hello@maleup.co.uk and we refund the pack in full. No return postage, no questions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew at the price shown, every 1, 2 or 3 months - your choice at checkout. Pause or cancel anytime from your account. We email a reminder before each renewal, and the 30-day guarantee applies to every delivery.
