2. What we collect

• Order data - name, delivery address, email, purchase history (to fulfil your contract).
• Payment data - handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
• Correspondence - emails you send us (to reply and keep a support history).
• Newsletter email - only with your sign-up consent; unsubscribe in every email.

3. What we never collect

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, health information. Messages containing it are deleted after we reply. We run no profiling and no advertising trackers.

4. How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years (tax law). Support emails: 2 years. Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe. Data is stored in the UK/EEA.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing - email hello@maleup.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the services that run the shop - payment processing, delivery carriers, email sending - each under contract, each only what they need. We never sell data.
